***Every Client's first session covers a more detailed discussion of your preferences than what is standard. This first appointment is geared towards relationship building and ensuring that the session meets/exceeds your expectations.
Appointments reserve additional time beyond the booked hands-on time.
Card-on-file
A COF is required to book an appointment in case of late cancellation.
Payment is taken at your appointment, or done electronically by the client prior to arriving.

*Consideration of concierge travel sessions for existing, screened clients

If you'd like to add an additional amount gratuity is appreciated to assist in the solo provider covering FTL overhead and cost of living.
Annual Rate Increase to support increased cost of living and cost of business.
Rarely spoken about regarding provider service costs: Cost for services do need to receive annual raises like employees in the workforce receive.

2016 Rate: $65/hr with $1550 resi & $400 office
2017 Rate: $70/hr with $1600 resi & $800 office
2018 Rate: $80/hr with $1700 resi & $1000 office
2019 Rate: $100/hr with $1900 resi $ 1100 office
2020 Rate: Forced closed most of the year and used savings to cover costs
- 2023/2024 Relocated to Charlotte with 13yrs professional massage experience
2021 Rate: $110/hr with $2100 resi & $1250 office
2022: $120/hr with $2200 resi & $1300 office
2023: $125/hr with $2500 resi & $1400 office
- 2023/2024 Relocated to Fort Lauderdale
2024: Las Olas Blvd office lease negotiated and 35k reno +
$150/hr with remaining CLT leases, $3200 transition lease to be solo, & current office
2025: $200/hr with $3600 resi & current office
April 2026 - Office Anniversary & Annual Increase: $210/hr* with current resi & office
2026 = 15yrs professional massage experience
*Consideration of offering packages for existing and consistent clients, locking in current rate
*Concierge travel sessions considered for existing, screened clients. Requires table setup and advance booking that is prepaid and nonrefundable for the cost of closing the office from other client bookings for that day.
POLICIES
If something comes up:
Reschedule online up to 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee if you're not able to have someone take your place.

Less than 2 hours notice: 100% late cancel fee

No-Show: Will result in the complete 100% charge for the appointment.

A No-Show will require full non-refundable prepayment to schedule future appointments.
